Mustard bases sauces have special place in the pallet, don't get enough love - they are fan-freaking-tastic. Up your game with Reaper Gold. I'd damn near drop a straw in it and go to town. Tang of mustard bumped by bit o' heat. It's like Grey Poupon grew a pair, had a BBQ based sauce kid with nice bit of heat. Burn that says hello, but doesn't linger. I think that's the goal, make it hot, without being too hot, so you can polish a bottle off in single sitting. Delicious!
